Data, security and retention
We collect contact details, order selections, payment status, Telegram identity when connected, and fulfillment details supplied by you. Account credentials are encrypted at rest and access is limited to fulfillment. Operational and accounting records are retained only as required for support, fraud prevention and legal obligations; credentials should be changed after delivery.
Payment, delivery and refunds
Payments are processed by an independent payment provider. Typical fulfillment windows are shown before checkout; prebuilt accounts are normally delivered within 24 hours and service orders may require additional customer cooperation. Failed or undeliverable orders are reviewed for refund, while completed digital services and revealed credentials are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Material risks
Game accounts, virtual items and mods are governed by third-party platform rules and can be changed, restricted or removed by those parties. mkclient is independent and is not affiliated with Warner Bros. Games, NetherRealm Studios or the Mortal Kombat franchise.
